摘要
目的 对爆炸螺栓解锁试验中出现的解锁反馈装置工作故障现象进行虚拟复现,定位故障原因,进而提出改进方案.方法 综合利用CREO软件和ABAQUS软件,建立解锁信号输出装置有限元模型,利用有限元计算方法开展动力学仿真分析,对爆炸螺栓解锁时的解锁信号输出装置高速动作过程进行模拟,评估关键结构的刚度与强度状况,进而定位装置故障原因.结果 基于故障原因,提出组合式双螺母结构形式,改善解锁信号输出装置整体的受力状态,提升结构在高冲击载荷环境下的可靠性,并通过爆炸螺栓解锁试验进行了实际验证和效果评定.结论 有限元计算方法能够对解锁信号输出装置故障原因进行虚拟复现,且改进后的装置结构形式合理可行.
Abstract
The work aims to simulate the failure,locate the fault cause,and then put forward improvement schemes for the unlocking signal output device in the unlocking experiment of explosive bolts.A finite element model of the device was estab-lished with CREO software and ABAQUS software.The finite element calculation method was used to carry out dynamic simu-lation analysis.The high-speed operation process of the unlocking signal output device when the explosive bolt was unlocked was simulated.The stiffness and strength of the structure was evaluated,and the fault cause of the device was located.Based on the fault causes,a combined double-nut structure was proposed to improve the overall stress state of the unlocking signal output device and enhance the reliability of the structure under high impact load.Practical verification and effect evaluation were car-ried out through an explosive bolt unlocking test.The results show that the finite element calculation method can simulate the failure of the unlocking signal output device and the improved device structure is reasonable.
