新质生产力是集高科技、高效能和高质量特质于一体的生产力,是中国式现代化发展的力量源泉。高等职业教育作为赋能新质生产力的"软要素",要在育人逻辑上勇担新质人才的培育使命,在技术逻辑上打造新质技术的创新高地,在产业逻辑上适配新质产业的发展需求,在生产逻辑上聚焦新质生产的变革成效,在治理逻辑上助推新质治理的向善发展。为此,高等职业教育要强化顶层设计,创建赋能新质生产力的长效机制;重塑育人方案,确立基于创新能力生成的人才培养模式;坚持创新协同,深化产学研一体化创新体系打造;聚焦跨界属性,提升在新质社会的适应性。
The logical path and collaborative path of higher vocational education to empower new quality productive forces
The new quality productive forces is the productivity that integrates high-tech,high efficiency and high quality characteristics,and the source of strength for Chinese-style modernization.As the"soft element"of the development of new quality productive forces,higher vocational education follows the logical path of scientific empowerment of new quality productivity,bravely undertakes the cultivation mission of new quality talents in the logic of education,creates an innovation highland of new quality technology in technical logic,adapts to the development needs of new quality industries in industrial logic,focuses on the transformation effect of new quality production in production logic,and promotes the good situation of new quality governance in governance logic.Therefore,higher vocational education should also strengthen the top-level design and create a long-term mechanism for higher vocational education to empower the development of new quality productive forces;reshape the education program and establish a talent training model for higher vocational education based on innovation ability;Adhere to innovation and collaboration,and deepen the innovation system of"industry-university-research"integration;Focus on cross-border attributes,improve the adaptability of higher vocational education to a new quality society.
