Student cadre experience is an important way to enhance college students'entrepreneurial ability.Assessing the continuity of the entrepreneurial effect of student cadre experience has significant value in comprehensively evaluating the educational effectiveness of student cadre and deepening the reform of the innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation mechanism in Chinese universities.Based on survey data from 925 university student entrepreneurs,a comprehensive approach incorporating binary logistic regression,propensity score matching,mediation analysis,and subgroup analysis was utilized to investigate the influence and underlying mechanisms of student cadre experiences on the entrepreneurial behavior of university students.The results show that student cadre experience significantly promotes college students'continuous entrepreneurial behavior,and information capital mediates this relationship,which suggests that student cadre experience positively influences continuous entrepreneurial behavior by facilitating the accumulation of information capital among college students;The cumulative entrepreneurial promotion effect experienced by student cadres exhibits a time lag,with a stronger impact on graduates compared to current students.Based on these findings,to promote college students'continuous entrepreneurship,universities should not only encourage the positive effects of student cadre positions on entrepreneurship in terms of both quantity and content,but also optimize the dissemination of entrepreneurship support policies to strengthen factors that ensure the accumulation of information capital for college students'entrepreneurship.
