Reading Promotion Mechanism of Rural Libraries in Wuling Mountainous Area from the Perspective of Cooperative Governance
Taking Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Wuling mountainous area as an ex-ample,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of reading promotion in rural li-braries in this region from the perspective of collaborative governance,and constructs the reading promo-tion mechanism of rural libraries,such as the mechanism of main rights and responsibilities,communica-tion and feedback,resource sharing,supervision and evaluation,qualified staff and so on.
