摘要

纯棉高支纱的强伸性能对原料性能变化更为敏感,同时在长度方向的变化更为平缓.因此,在采用现行标准规定的方法时,可能面临因采样过少而导致的结果不稳定,造成对产品性能的误判.文章提出一种大容量连续采样测试法,在测定样品断裂强力、断裂强力变异系数(CV)、断裂伸长率、断裂伸长率CV之外,还补充了强伸性能直方图、强伸性能散点图、断裂强力波谱图等评价指标,对现行方法进行补充完善.实验表明,该方法不仅能有效提升传统方法的准确性与可靠性,还能从强伸性能在纱线长度方向分布特点的角度对强伸性能进行更为综合的评价,为生产实践提供有效指导.

Abstract

The strength and elongation performance of pure cotton high count yarn is more sensitive to changes in raw material properties,and the changes in length direction are more gradual.Therefore,when using the methods specified in the current standards,there may be unstable results caused by insufficient sampling,resulting in misjudgment of product performance.This paper proposes a large capacity continuous sampling testing method.In addition to measuring the breaking force,coefficient of variation(CV)of breaking force,percentage of breaking elongation and CV of percentage of breaking elongation of the sample,evaluation indicators such as strength and elongation performance histogram,strength and elongation scatter plot,and breaking strength spectrum are also added to supplement and improve the current method.Experiments have shown that this method not only effectively improves the accuracy and reliability of traditional methods,but also provides a more comprehensive evaluation of strength and elongation performance from the perspective of the distribution characteristics of strength and elongation performance in the yarn length direction,which can provide effective guidance for production practice.
