With the progress of new media technology,traditional characters do only exist in paper books for the public to read,but also present in dynamic visual language.Dynamic language expression plays a crucial role in visual communication design,as it can more accurately present the information conveyed by designers while improving interactivity and fun.This paper mainly focuses on the dynamic research of traditional characters from the perspective of new media,explores the progress and significance of dynamic characters design in the new era environment.
