摘要
文章叙述了柔簇绒用预取向丝(POY)的特点,并探讨了其生产工艺.生产结果表明,采用熔体直纺聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)设备和日本TMT纺丝、卷绕设备的POY生产线,通过熔体特性黏度、喷丝板、油嘴、工艺等一系列技术优化和改造,如采用特性黏度为(0.630±0.003)dL/g的PET熔体、Φ95.00-288 F-0.18 mm喷丝板、纺丝温度290℃、环吹风冷却、集束上油高度550.00 mm、卷绕速度2 700 m/min,可以生产出品质优良的柔簇绒用POY纤维.
Abstract
This paper describes the characteristics of pre-oriented yarn(POY)for soft tufting and explores its production process.The production results show that the POY production line using melt direct spinning polyethylene glycol terephthalate(PET)equipment and Japanese TMT spinning and winding equipment has been optimized and modified through a series of technologies including melt characteristic viscosity,spinneret,nozzle,and process,such as using PET melt with characteristic viscosity(0.630±0.003)dL/g,Φ95.00-288 F-0.18 mm spinneret,spinning temperature 290℃,circular blowing cooling,bundle oiling height 550.00 mm,winding speed 2 700 m/min,the high-quality POY fibers for soft tufting can be produced.
