摘要

为了探究乌桕叶在棉织物上的热转印性状,实验以乌桕叶为原料,采用热转印工艺,比较研究不同媒染剂及其质量浓度、媒染时间、蒸煮时间条件下乌桕叶在棉织物上染色的显色效果及图形稳定性.结果表明,当媒染剂质量浓度为5 g/L、媒染时间为24 h、蒸煮时间为1 h时,乌桕叶在棉织物上的热转印染色成形性状最优.

Abstract

In order to explore the thermal transfer printing characteristics of Sapium sebiferum leaves on cotton fabrics,using Sapium sebiferum leaves as raw materials,the thermal transfer printing process was adopted,and the color effect and pattern stability of Sapium sebiferum leaves dyed on cotton fabrics with different mordant and their mass concentrations,mordant time and digestion time were compared and studied.The results showed that the thermal transfer printing dyeing forming characteristics of Sapium sebiferum leaves on cotton fabrics was the best when the mordant mass concentration was 5 g/L,the mordant time was 24 h and the digestion time was 1 h.
