摘要

针对夏季户外作业时缺乏有效降温手段造成作业人员中暑等热生理疾病问题,采用半导体制冷技术研制了一款智能制冷服装,并在人工气候室内采用真人试穿的方式对其效果进行评价,对比了穿着新型服装与传统工作服时人体核心温度、躯干温度、心率等生理指标.研究发现,新型制冷服装在使用过程中可有效降低人体核心温度、皮肤温度,说明新型制冷服装可有效降低人体热应激水平,增加有效作业时长.

Abstract

In response to the lack of effective cooling methods during outdoor work in summer,which leads to thermal physiological diseases such as heatstroke among workers,an intelligent cooling suit was developed using semiconductor refrigeration technology.The effectiveness of the cooling suit was evaluated through human trial wearing in an artificial climate indoor environment,and physiological indicators such as core body temperature,trunk temperature,and heart rate were compared when wearing new clothing and traditional work clothes.The research has found that the new cooling suit can effectively reduce the core temperature and skin temperature of the human body during use,indicating that the new cooling suit can effectively reduce the level of human heat stress and increase the effective working time.
