Folk dyeing and weaving embroidery is one of the traditional handicrafts in China,with rich cultural connotations and artistic value.With the development of modern graphic design,how to combine traditional folk art with modern design has become a focus of attention in the design industry.This paper takes Su Embroidery as an example,analyzes the application of folk dyeing and weaving embroidery patterns in graphic design from the aspects of color application,lines and composition,and pattern symbolism.Through case analysis,it reveals the application potential and innovative possibilities of folk dyeing and weaving embroidery patterns in graphic design.Folk dyeing and weaving embroidery patterns have extensive application value in graphic design.By deeply exploring their cultural connotations and artistic characteristics,combined with modern design concepts and techniques,works with unique charm and cultural connotations can be created to meet the aesthetic needs of contemporary people.
