Research on application of constant pressure needle wrap device
The wrapping tension of pilling needle cloth has a significant influence on the style of the fabric.If the tension is too large,the amount of yarn produced will be reduced.If the tension is too small,the needle cloth will loosen,and different tension can cause more trouble,such as horizontal stripes,loose threads,snagging,holes,and even frequent cloth breakage.For a long time,the control of wrapping needle tension depends on the experience and feel of experienced craftsmen.With the intersification of market competition people have increasingly high requirements for the quality of woolen fabrics,and they have begun to pay attention to the tension of needle cloth,proposing the need to quantify the tension of needle wrapping.The article carefully studies the needle wrapping process of traditional needle wrapping devices and finds that there are two main factors that affect the tension of the needle wrapping cloth.Firstly,it is inconvenient to reset the clamping bolt when replacing the needle wrapping cloth,and secondly,the influence of the height deviation of the needle wrapping cloth itself cannot be eliminated.An improvement plan is proposed for the above two points.Firstly,a quick and accurate reset mechanism is designed based on the quick clamp mechanism.Secondly,the bottom of the needle wrapping device is opened and released,and the pressure plate is changed to a spring steel plate to establish an elastic compensation mechanism.By using it in conjunction with a spring scale,the tension of the needle cloth can be quantified,and tension values can be specified,with tension variation controlled within±5.00%.
