植物中药抗菌驱蚊功能棉纤维的制备及性能

摘要
为了赋予棉纤维抗菌、防蚊功能,将植物精油微胶囊、尼姆树果实、绿茶提取物配制成一定浓度的混合液,再放入经过预处理的棉纤维进行特殊处理,制得抗菌驱蚊棉纤维,并利用相关仪器或设备测试了该纤维的相关性能.结果表明:与未经处理的棉纤维相比,处理后的抗菌驱蚊棉纤维断裂强度降低了0.33 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率增加了1.04%,回潮率增加了1.51%.由抗菌驱蚊棉纤维洗前和水洗20次抗菌效果对比分析可知,功能棉纤维对3种菌的抑制率分别可以达到98.60%、97.22%、95.34%和95.42%、93.51%、90.46%;水洗0次和水洗20次的驱蚊率分别达到78.80%和47.80%.
Abstract
In order to give cotton fiber antibacterial and mosquito repellent function,the microcapsule of plant essential oil,Nim tree fruit and green tea extract were prepared into a certain concentration of mixture,and then the pretreated cotton fiber was put in for special treatment to produce antibacterial and mosquito repellent cotton fiber.The relevant performance of the fiber was tested using the relevant instrument or equipment.The results showed that compared with untreated cotton fibers,the treated antibacterial and mosquito repellent cotton fibers had a 0.33 cN/dtex decrease in breaking strength,a 1.04%increase in elongation at break,and a 1.51%increase in moisture regain.According to the comparative analysis of the antibacterial effects of antibacterial and mosquito repellent cotton fibers before washing and after 20 washes with water,the antibacterial rates of functional cotton fibers against three types of bacteria can reach 98.60%,97.22%,95.34%and 95.42%,93.51%,90.46%,respectively;the mosquito repellent rates of washing 0 times and washing 20 times with water reached 78.80%and 47.80%,respectively.
