中职融合性校本课程的开发与实施——以服装专业"图案与装饰"课程为例

随着地方经济的发展,行业企业发生变革,中职学生培养方案应紧随行企变革不断调整。基于创新创业能力提升的中职融合性校本课程的开发和实施有利于学生更好地适应行业企业人才需求,拓展自身就业渠道,增加创新创业选择。中职融合性校本课程以中职服装专业的"图案与装饰"课程为例,从教学模式、课程内容、实践体系进行开发,通过落实学校实施管理、开展校企合作、丰富创新创业课程资源、搭建跨专业的师资团队、建立适宜的课程评价机制等路径,培养中职学生的双创能力。
Development and implementation of integrated school-based curriculum for secondary vocational schools:taking"Pattern and Decoration"course of clothing major as an example
With the development of local economy and changes in industry and enterprises,the student training programs of secondary vocational schools should be closely adjusted in line with the changes in industry and enterprises.The development and implementation of integrated school-based curriculum for secondary vocational school based on enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities is beneficial for students to better adapt to the talent needs of industries and enterprises,expand their employment channels,and increase their choices for innovation and entrepreneurship.Taking the course of"Pattern and Decoration"of clothing major as an example,the integrated curriculum of secondary vocational school is developed from the aspects of teaching model,course content and practical system.Through implementing school management,conducting school enterprise cooperation,enriching innovation and entrepreneurship course resources,building cross disciplinary teaching teams,and establishing appropriate course evaluation mechanisms,it is carried out to cultivate the double innovation ability of secondary vocational students.
