干法非织造生产线实现无需人工分拣的开包机自动喂料的研究

由于目前国内干法非织造生产线的原料开松上料,如涤纶、黏胶、棉、竹纤维等,大多以人工撕碎投料的方式实现,进而造成企业用工量大、工人劳动强度高,且手工撕碎投料无法确保原料的清洁度.文章阐述了在现有开包机前安装一台液压升降机将原料包提升起来,设置内壁附多块强力磁铁的打击辊,将原料自动喂入满足生产需求.其中,打击辊的速度可调,利用其内壁附的强力磁铁与带有强力磁铁的分料台,可以将原料内掺有的金属物强制分拣,不仅可以降低工人的劳动强度,还可以避免工人与原料接触.这套装置克服了传统人工撕碎投料方式工人多次弯腰抬头投料的困难,有效降低了工人的劳动强度,解决了企业用工量大的问题,避免了工人与原料直接接触,确保了生产原料的清洁度.
Study on automatic feeding of unpacking machine without manual sorting in dry nonwoven production line
Due to the current opening and feeding of raw materials in domestic dry nonwoven production line,such as polyester,viscose,cotton,bamboo fibers,etc.,are mostly manually achieved by manual tearing and feeding,resulting in high labor costs and high labor intensity for enterprises,and manual tearing and feeding cannot ensure the cleanliness of the raw materials.This paper elaborates on installing a hydraulic elevator in front of the existing unpacking machine to lift the raw material package,setting up a striking roller with multiple strong magnets attached to the inner wall,and automatically feeding the raw materials to meet production needs.Among them,the speed of the striking roller is adjustable.By using the strong magnets attached to its inner wall and the sorting table with strong magnets,the metal materials mixed in the raw materials can be forcibly sorted.This not only reduces the labor intensity of workers,but also prevents them from coming into contact with the raw materials.This device overcomes the difficulty of workers repeatedly bending down and lifting their heads to feed raw materials in traditional manual tearing and feeding method,effectively reducing the labor intensity of workers,solving the problem of high labor demand in enterprises,avoiding direct contact between workers and raw materials,and ensuring the cleanliness of production raw materials.
