摘要

随着社会的发展和进步,人们不仅关注服装的实用性和耐用性,还对其舒适度和美观性有了更高的要求.在市场上,具有高附加值的新型化纤材料需求迫切,细旦涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)因其优良的性能而备受青睐.细旦涤纶FDY由于线密度小、单丝细,生产难度较大,有能力生产优质细旦涤纶FDY的厂家不多.目前,细旦涤纶FDY的市场需求快速增加.文章介绍了熔体直纺细旦涤纶FDY 22 dtex/48 f工艺的调整试验,探讨了熔体质量、纺丝温度、纺丝组件、冷却上油、缓冷区高度和缓冷器温度的设置、牵伸和定型的温度与速度、网络压力对细旦涤纶FDY生产及产品质量的影响.结果表明:在合适的工艺条件下,可以生产出品质优良的细旦涤纶FDY 22 dtex/48 f,且生产状况稳定.

Abstract

With the development and progress of society,people no longer only focus on practicality and durability of clothing,but also have higher requirements for its comfort and aesthetics.In the market,there is an urgent demand for new chemical fiber materials with high added value,and fine denier polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY)is highly favored due to its excellent performance.Due to its low linear density and fine single filament,the production of fine denier polyester FDY is difficult,and there are not many manufacturers capable of producing high-quality fine denier polyester FDY.At present,the market demand for fine denier polyester FDY is rapidly increasing.This article introduces the adjustment experiment of the melt direct spinning fine denier polyester FDY 22 dtex/48 f process,and explores the effects of melt quality,spinning temperature,spinning components,cooling and oiling,setting of the height of the slow cooling zone and the temperature of the slow cooler,temperature and speed of drawing and shaping,and network pressure on the production and product quality of fine denier polyester FDY.The results show that under appropriate process conditions,high-quality fine denier polyester FDY 22 dtex/48 f can be produced,and the production status is stable.
