Technological optimization of active dyes for wood sawdust dyeing and color matching
Wood sawdust,as a byproduct of wood processing,its yield is sharply increasing.Currently,people primarily use acid dyes for wood staining.However,only the lignin part is colored.The cellulose and hemicellulose,which are the main components of the wood,are not stained.This paper mainly studies the effects of pre-treatment and active dyes dyeing and color matching processes on the color fastness of wood sawdust to sunlight and washing,and determines the dyeing process when wood sawdust have good color fastness.The results showed that when the dyeing temperature was 40℃,the fixation temperature was 60℃,and the dyeing time was 60 minutes,the wood sawdusts after pre-treatment showed good color fastness to washing and sunlight.
