One important factor that constrains efficiency growth and enterprise development in the production and operation process of textile enterprises is the equipment failure rate.Therefore,how to improve the operational efficiency of textile equipment and strengthen textile equipment management is an urgent problem that needs to be solved of textile industry enterprises.The total production maintenance(TPM)concept is an efficient equipment operation and management concept.Based on TPM related theory,this article explores the problems and causes of textile equipment management in textile enterprises from the actual situation.Combining with existing research results,feasible solutions are proposed for the existing problems,aiming to improve the quality of equipment management,promote long-term and efficient development of enterprises,and enhance industry competitiveness.
