Film and television costumes represent the economic interests and political propositions of a certain class,with ethnic and biased characteristics.Although the clothing culture,image connotations and appearance portrayed in Chinese and Korean films are different,the interpretations of their own ethnic cultures contained in them are generally similar.This paper conducts a comparative study on the modeling aesthetics of costume in ancient costume films between China and Republic of Korea,discusses the comprehensive aesthetic significance of the integration of modeling aesthetic value and functionality of costume in film and television.It provides a reference basis for the study of costume in ancient costume films between China and Republic of Korea.
