Preparation and property study of composite conductive polyamide monofilament
This paper mainly studied the spinning and post-stretching process of composite conductive poiyamide monofilament, tested the polyamide(PA6)chips with differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and determined the spinning temperature.A certain proportion of conductive masterbatch and PA6 chips were used for leather core composite spinning, and the effects of composite ratio, cooling temperature and post-stretching process on the breaking strength, elongation at break and surface resistance of the monofilament were studied through the testing of the mechanical properties and conductivity of the conductive monofilament. The results showed that the increase of conductive masterbatch content in the cortex made the spinnability of the monofilament worse, and the conductive monofilament had better mechanical and electrical conductive properties when the composite ratio was 20∶80.Finally,it was determined that the follow-up processes were a cooling temperature of 40℃,a stretching rate of 3.5,a first-stage stretching temperature of 95℃,and a second-stage stretching temperature of 160℃.
