摘要
防静电织物可有效减少服装上的静电积聚,减少安全隐患,已经在航空航天、汽车、电子等领域得到广泛应用,对国防军工和国民经济发展具有重大意义.文章阐述了一种基于红外成像原理的防静电面料中导电材料分布的快速测定技术的开发过程,结果表明,当电压为140 V、电极距离为3 cm时,所呈现的图像最为清晰,能较为准确快速地判定防静电织物中导电纤维分布位置和规律,有利于提升产品质量,提高个体防护能力.
Abstract
Anti static fabrics can effectively reduce the accumulation of static electricity on clothing,reduce safety hazards,and have been widely used in aerospace,automobile,electronics and other fields,which is of great significance to the development of national defense,military industry and national economy.This paper introducted the development process of a rapid measurement technology of conductive fiber distribution in anti static fabrics based on infrared imaging principle.The results show that the image presented is the clearest when the voltage is 140 V and the electrode distance is 3 cm.It can accurately and quickly determine the distribution position and pattern of conductive fibers in anti static fabrics,which is beneficial for improving product quality and enhancing individual protective capabilities.
