纺织产品纤维成分含量检测的取样方法研究

摘要
目前,纺织产品中纤维含量的检测遇到较多难题,且对于各类型纤维产品中的纤维成分定性、定量分析标准难以统一,不同织物结构、花型与颜色的纺织品在纤维成分检测中的取样方式无法达成一致,缺乏科学性,而上述问题的存在也在一定程度上降低了检测精准度,成分检测工作效率低下.基于此,文章深入分析了不同纺织品检测标准及取样方式,总结出不同织物结构、花型与颜色的纺织产品以及袜子类特殊织物纤维检测定性、定量分析取样法,希望给予同行业者一定的借鉴,保证纤维检测顺利进行.
Abstract
At present,the detection of fiber content in textile products faces many difficulties,and it is difficult to unify the qualitative and quantitative analysis standards for fiber components in various types of fiber products.The sampling method for fiber component detection of textiles with different fabric structures,patterns and colors cannot be consistent,lacking scientific validity.The existence of the above problems also reduces the accuracy of detection to a certain extent,and the efficiency of component detection is low.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes different textile testing standards and sampling methods,summarizes the qualitative and quantitative analysis sampling methods for fiber testing textile products with different fabric structures,patterns and colors,as well as special fabrics such as socks,hoping to provide some reference for peers in the industry and ensure the smooth progress of fiber testing.
