Survey and analysis report on the current situation of clothing for students with intellectual disabilities
With the continuous progress of the social economy,the country's attention and importance to disabled groups,especially the disabled youth,have gradually increased.It is necessary to provide more refined and scientific services for disabled groups.On the basis of analyzing the significance of clothing design for students with intellectual disabilities,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on teachers and staff in three special schools.It was found that the group of students with intellectual disabilities aged 0-17 had special phenomena such as wetting their pants and biting their cuffs.At the same time,teachers also provided suggestions and supplements for the inconvenience of ordinary clothing,such as tops,pants,fabrics,colors and looseness.Based on the research results,the author proposes improvement and optimization design suggestions for the structure,accessories,fabric and color of ordinary clothing in order to improve the comfort,dirt resistance and wearability of students with intellectual disabilities.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis and experience reference for subsequent research on intellectual disability clothing.
