Research on the application of curved surface modeling in clothing design
In clothing design,the surface,as the main form of composition,has a significant impact on the overall structure and visual effect of clothing.Curved surfaces have a unique rhythmic beauty.This paper adopts literature analysis and case analysis methods,based on the collection and organization of existing literature and classic cases,combined with popular trends and personal understanding,analyzes and summarizes the basic application methods of curved surface modeling,and extends the innovative application methods of curved surface modeling in clothing design.Research suggests that the basic application methods of curved surface modeling in clothing design include overlap,symmetry,contrast between virtual and real and highlighting local features;the innovative application methods of extended surface modeling in clothing include the comprehensive application of basic methods,as well as the combination with other design styles and the integration of emerging technologies.Therefore,in order to provide certain reference and assistance for relevant practitioners,and to provide theoretical basis for the application of curved surface modeling in clothing design.
