摘要
当前,经过免烫整理的面料存在手感变硬的问题.为了解决这一问题,文章设计了一种织物整理工艺并测试了各项指标.结果表明,当筘幅为176 cm、整理烧碱质量浓度为250～260 g/L、溢流洗时间为45 min、定型柔软剂用量为20 g/L时,面料缩水率在0%～-3.0%,撕破强力不低于2.0 lbf(约8.9 N),拉伸强力不低于30.0 lbf(约133.4 N),平整度不低于3.5级,弹性伸长率不低于15.0%,回复率不低于55.0%,残余伸长率不高于8.0%,甲醛质量分数不高于1.6×10-5,均满足客户的测试指标要求,无甲醛、无压烫、无负担,具有健康、免烫、超柔等优势.
Abstract
Currently,fabrics that have undergone non ironing treatment have a problem of becoming hard to the touch.To address this issue,the article designed a fabric finishing process and tested various indicators.The results showed that when the reed width was 176 cm,the mass concentration of caustic soda for finishing was 250-260 g/L,the overflow washing time was 45 minutes,and the dosage of setting softener was 20 g/L,the shrinkage rate of the fabric was between 0%and ﹣3.0%,the tear strength was not less than 2.0 lbf(about 8.9 N),the tensile strength was not less than 30.0 lbf(about 133.4 N),the flatness was not less than grade 3.5,the elastic elongation was not less than 15.0%,the recovery rate was not less than 55.0%,the residual elongation was not more than 8.0%,and the formaldehyde mass fraction was not more than 1.6×10-5,all of which met the customer's testing index requirements.The fabric is formaldehyde free,pressure free,and burden free,with advantages such as health,no ironing,and super flexibility.
