摘要

为了弥补传统人工检测草刺的不足,文章提出了一种基于机器视觉的精梳毛条中草刺在线检测系统,采用简单的牵伸和扩散装置制备纤维网,使毛条以小密度纤维网状态匀速通过检测区,在检测区配置LED光源和电荷耦合器件(CCD)工业相机,连续采集图像,拟用软件进行图像处理,提取纤维网中的草刺并进行尺寸测量,通过统计算法输出草刺数量及其尺寸.该系统采用机器视觉技术对草刺进行识别和检测,以期实现对草刺的数字化、智能化、可视化分析.

Abstract

In order to compensate for the shortcomings of traditional manual detection of grass thorns,the article proposes a machine vision-based online detection system for grass thorns in combed wool strips.A simple stretching and diffusion device is used to prepare a fiber web,allowing the wool strips to pass through the detection area at a uniform speed in a low-density fiber mesh state.The LED light source and charge coupled device(CCD)industrial camera are configured in the detection area to continuously capture images.Software is proposed for image processing to extract grass thorns from the fiber web and measure their size.The number and size of grass thorns are output through statistical algorithms.This system uses machine vision technology to recognize and detect grass thorns,in order to achieve digital,intelligent,and visual analysis of grass thorns.
