摘要

为了探讨可降解纤维材料技术与环保型新型面料的研发进展,分析其市场前景,促进纺织服装产业可持续发展,文章介绍了可降解纤维的定义、分类及其生物降解聚合物的发展现状,阐述了熔融纺丝、湿法纺丝等纺织技术在可降解纤维生产中的应用,探讨了环保型新型面料的设计理念、选用天然纤维和再生材料的趋势以及传统合成纤维的环保改造技术.通过技术创新和产业升级,可以实现纺织品的环保、舒适与功能性并存,满足市场和消费者的多样化需求.

Abstract

In order to explore the research and development progress of degradable fiber material technology and environmentally friendly new fabrics,analyze their market prospects and promote the sustainable development of the textile and clothing industry,this paper introduces the definition and classification of degradable fibers and the development status of biodegradable polymers,elaborates the application of textile technologies such as melt spinning and wet spinning in the production of degradable fiber,and discusses the design concept of environmentally friendly new fabrics,the trend of selecting natural fiber and recycled materials,and the environmental protection transformation technology of traditional synthetic fiber.Through technological innovation and industrial upgrading,the coexistence of environmental protection,comfort and functionality of textiles can be achieved,meeting the diverse needs of the market and consumers.
