摘要
文章介绍了将PA66、PA610及PA46熔融挤出,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、电子式强力仪等仪器对PA66、PA610及PA46的纺丝工艺进行研究的过程,主要分析了不同纺丝温度、冷却水温度、拉伸倍率、拉伸温度等条件对PA66、PA610及PA46单丝力学性能的影响.结果表明:当冷却水温度为10.0℃、拉伸倍率为6.5、热水拉伸温度为95.0℃,PA66和PA610热风拉伸温度为190.0℃、PA46热风拉伸温度为220.0℃,PA66和PA610定型温度为210.0℃、PA46定型温度为235.0℃时,制得的单丝力学性能最好.
Abstract
This paper introduces the following process:PA66,PA610 and PA46 were melted and spun,and the spinning process of PA66,PA610 and PA46 was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and electronic strength tester.The influence on the monofilament properties of the PA66,PA610 and PA46 was analyzed,especially the spinning temperature,cooling water temperature,stretching ratio,stretching temperature and so on.The results showed that when the temperature of the cooling water was 10.0℃,the stretching ratio was 6.5,the stretching temperature with hot water was 95.0℃,the stretching temperature with hot wind was 190℃for PA66 and PA610,and was 220.0℃for PA46,the heat setting temperature was 210.0℃for PA66 and PA610,and was 235.0℃for PA46,the monofilaments had the best properties by produced.
