Study on the analysis and characterization technology of fiberglass impregnating agent
Fiberglass,as a lightweight,high-strength and corrosion-resistant composite reinforcement,has broad application prospects in fields such as aerospace,automotive and construction.As a key factor affecting the performance of fiberglass,the quality of fiberglass impregnating agent is directly related to the overall performance of fiberglass products.Therefore,the study of analysis and characterization technology for fiberglass impregnating agent is particularly important.There are still some shortcomings in the analysis and characterization technology of fiberglass impregnating agent at present.On the one hand,traditional analysis methods often only focus on the chemical composition of the impregnating agent,while ignoring its mechanism of action and performance in the production process of fiberglass,resulting in a lack of comprehensive and accurate basis for evaluating the quality of the impregnating.On the other hand,with the continuous emergence of new materials and technologies,the performance requirements for fiberglass impregnating agents are also increasing.However,existing characterization technologies often find it difficult to meet these new requirements.In response to the above issues,this paper aims to deeply explore the analysis and characterization technology of fiberglass impregnating agent,and comprehensively evaluate the performance of impregnating agent by introducing new analysis methods and characterization methods.
