Preparation and process optimization of single parent and single anti coating pure cotton colored woven cloth
This paper introduces the following process:based on coating finishing,single parent single anti pure cotton colored woven fabric is prepared,through orthogonal experiments,the effects of coating thickness,water repellent agent dosage and slurry viscosity in the coating process on the positive water repellent and negative hydrophilicity properties of single parent single anti coating colored woven cloth are studied,and the optimal influencing factors and levels are obtained through range analysis.The experiment shows that each factor has no significant impact on the positive water repellent performance.The order of significance for the positive oil repellent performance is:the mass fraction of water repellent and the thickness of the coating have a greater impact on the oil repellent performance,followed by the mass fraction of thickener.The order of significance of the impact on the hydrophilicity of the reverse side is:the amount of water repellent has a greater impact on the hydrophilicity of the fabric,followed by the mass fraction of thickener,and finally the coating thickness.When the mass fraction of water repellent is 12%,the mass fraction of thickener is 2%,and the coating thickness is 0.02 mm,the fabric has good hydrophilicity.Large scale experiments have shown that the single parent single anti colored woven fabric prepared by the optimal process has good performance and meets the requirements of daily processing.
