Fashionable expression and application of traditional embroidery in clothing design
Effectively integrating traditional embroidery into clothing design can not only promote the inheritance and development of traditional embroidery,but also add cultural connotations and artistic value to clothing design,promoting innovative development in the clothing industry.This article briefly explains the characteristics and classification of traditional embroidery,analyzes the fashionable expression of traditional embroidery in clothing design from the perspectives of embroidery patterns,colors,craftsmanship,and materials,and analyzes the practical application cases of traditional embroidery in clothing design of the Gaia Legend and the Chengdu&Chongqing Shuangcheng Shu Embroidery Exhibition,providing reference and inspiration for the application of traditional embroidery in clothing design.
