摘要

在教育与信息技术相融合的现代化趋势下,教师作为传道授业者,其自身的专业能力和教学能力也要更新和完善."服装效果图"课程开展线上和线下混合式教学,顺应了教育现代化发展趋势,而如何提升该课程授课教师的混合式教学能力值得思考和探究.文章从当下教育和服装行业发展的角度出发,厘清混合式教学模式下教师应具备的能力,以发现问题和解决问题的思路为指导,探究适合本专业教师发展的混合式教学能力提升策略,并从艺术设计类高校在政策和设施上的全面扶持、同行协同发展、教师在体验中学习3个方面提出"服装效果图"课程教师混合式教学能力提升策略,为同行业的教育教学发展提供可参考意见.

Abstract

Under the trend of modernization in the integration of information technology and education,teachers as missionaries and teachers,their own professional ability and teaching ability should be updated and improved.The course of"Clothing Effect Diagram"carries out the online and offline mixed teaching,which conforms to the development trend of education modernization.How to improve the teachers'blended teaching ability of this course is worth thinking and exploring.From the perspective of the current development of education and the clothing industry,this paper clarifies the abilities that teachers should possess under the blended teaching model,and explores the strategies for improving the blended teaching ability suitable for the development of teachers in this major,guided by the ideas of finding and solving problems.And from the three aspects of the comprehensive support of art design colleges in policies and facilities,the collaborative development of peers,and teachers'learning through experience,it puts forward strategies of improving the blended teaching ability of teachers of"Clothing Effect Diagram"course,which provides references for the development of education and teaching in the same industry.
