Reform of"Computer-aided Design"course in environmental design majors at higher education institutions
"Computer-aided Design"is one of the practical courses in environmental design majors, which is an important medium for transforming abstract creative thinking into concrete design expression. However,in teaching practice, there have been problems such as low relevance of the curriculum system, high entry barriers to software learning, traditional classroom teaching methods that are filled with lectures, lack of intervention in practical projects, and a lack of reasonable evaluation indicators. This paper provides a detailed analysis and exploration of the current curriculum objectives in the field of environmental design majors, proposes an innovative method for the curriculum framework of"strengthening the foundation and linking the courses",and proposes reform measures for teaching methods such as setting moderately difficult curriculum objectives, emphasizing software logic cultivation, adopting information-based teaching, driven learning by project goal, and standardizing evaluation indicators. This helps to strengthen students'design software foundation, stimulate their learning interest, and also provides reference for the"Computer-aided Design"course in environmental design majors in domestic higher education institutions.
