摘要
为了满足市场需求,开发出更多的剑麻染色产品,需要对剑麻染色工艺进行改进.文章首先设计了3种对剑麻进行预处理的方式,分别为热水处理、酸处理、碱处理,其次采用相同的活性染料染色工艺对剑麻纤维进行染色,最后对成品的染色效果进行测试.通过比较可知,经过碱处理的剑麻纤维上染率、固色率高,成品色深明显提高,适用于生产.
Abstract
In order to meet the market demand and develop more sisal dyeing products,the process of sisal dyeing needs to be improved.This paper first designs three pre-treatment methods of sisal,namely,hydrothermal treatment,acid treatment and alkali treatment,and then adopts the same reactive dye dyeing process to dye sisal fibers,finally,tests the dyeing effect of the finished products.Through comparison,it is found that the dyeing rate and color fixation rate of the alkali-treated sisal fibers are high,and the color depth of the finished product is significantly improved,which is suitable for application in production.
