摘要
文章主要介绍了大直径聚丙烯(PP)发泡单丝的纺丝工艺,采用差示扫描量热仪、拉伸强力仪等研究了纺丝温度、冷却水温、发泡母粒质量分数、拉伸比、拉伸倍数、热定型温度等不同工艺参数对大直径PP发泡单丝力学性能的影响.研究表明,当发泡母粒质量分数为3%、冷却水温为15℃、拉伸倍数为7倍、一级拉伸比为85%、热水拉伸温度为90℃、热风拉伸温度为155℃、热定型温度为175℃时,大直径PP发泡单丝强度最高并且发泡效果好.
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the spinning process of large-diameter polypropylene(PP)foaming monofilament,studies the effects of different process parameters such as spinning temperature,cooling water temperature,mass fraction of foaming masterbatch,stretching ratio,stretching multiple and heat setting temperature on the mechanical properties of large-diameter PP foaming monofilament by differential scanning calorimeter and tensile strength tester.The study shows that when the mass fraction of foaming masterbatch was 3%,the cooling water temperature was 15℃,the stretching multiple was 7 times,the first level stretching ratio was 85%,the hot water stretching temperature was 90℃,the hot air stretching temperature was 155℃,and the heat setting temperature was 175℃,the strength of large-diameter PP foaming monofilament was the highest and the foaming effect was good.
