Uncertainty evaluation of cadmium and lead in textiles measured by ICPE
To evaluate the uncertainty of laboratory test results for measuring total cadmium and total lead in textiles using ICPE,the contents of total cadmium and total lead in textile samples were measured according to GB/T 30157-2013"Textiles:Determination of Total Lead and Total Cadmium"and CNAS-TRL-002"Evaluation and Examples of Uncertainty in Textile Testing and Measurement",and a mathematical model was created. The article analyzes the various components that affect the uncertainty during the entire measurement process, and concludes that the main factors affecting the uncertainty of measuring metal cadmium and lead content in textiles are the uncertainty caused by standard curve preparation and the uncertainty caused by random effects, which can provide reference for textile testing personnel to determine the metal cadmium and lead.
