电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测量纺织品中镉、铅含量的不确定度评定

为了评估实验室使用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测量纺织品中总镉及总铅含量测试结果的不确定度,依照GB/T 30157-2013《纺织品 总铅和总镉含量的测定》、CNAS-TRL-002《纺织品检测测量不确定度的评估及实例》方法要求对纺织品样品中总镉、总铅含量进行测量,创建数学模型.文章对整个测量过程中各个影响不确定度的分量进行分析,得出纺织品中金属镉、铅含量测量的不确定度主要影响因素为标准曲线配制引起的不确定度和随机效应引起的不确定度,为纺织品检测人员对金属镉、铅的测定提供了参考.
Uncertainty evaluation of cadmium and lead in textiles measured by ICPE
To evaluate the uncertainty of laboratory test results for measuring total cadmium and total lead in textiles using ICPE,the contents of total cadmium and total lead in textile samples were measured according to GB/T 30157-2013"Textiles:Determination of Total Lead and Total Cadmium"and CNAS-TRL-002"Evaluation and Examples of Uncertainty in Textile Testing and Measurement",and a mathematical model was created.The article analyzes the various components that affect the uncertainty during the entire measurement process,and concludes that the main factors affecting the uncertainty of measuring metal cadmium and lead content in textiles are the uncertainty caused by standard curve preparation and the uncertainty caused by random effects,which can provide reference for textile testing personnel to determine the metal cadmium and lead.
