摘要
一般精准检测出纱线的实际回潮率需要3～4 h,严重影响了地毯生产工厂的生产效率,不符合生产车间的提效要求.文章为地毯生产工厂提供了一种相对准确的常用地毯织造用纱线实际回潮率的快速测算方法,缩短了地毯织造前的调机等待时间,提高了工厂的生产效率,同时能保证地毯的品质,降低生产成本.
Abstract
Generally,it takes 3-4 hours to accurately detect the actual rate of moisture regain of yarn,which seriously affects the production efficiency of the carpet production plant and does not meet the efficiency improvement requirements of production workshops.This paper provides a relatively accurate and rapid calculation method for the actual rate of moisture regain of commonly used carpet weaving yarns for carpet production plants,which shortens the waiting time of carpet weaving preconditioning machine,improves the production efficiency of plants,and ensures the quality of carpets while reducing production costs.
