Development and application of a worsted rapier loom without false edge system
In recent years,with the continuous development of modern technology,mechanical equipment has also been constantly updated and replaced,and the technological content has become increasingly high.The tireless pursuit of textile equipment workers is to digest and absorb these advanced equipment,tap into their potential,and improve and perfect them based on this foundation.Based on this,this article discusses the development and application of a worsted rapier loom without false edge system,including the generation and reuse of false edges,the purpose of developing a trimming system,the traditional false edge processing system,the development and application of a new false edge processing system for rapier looms,as well as the development effects and benefits.After research,it is known that removing the left false edge yarn mechanism and the two-side false edge yarn mechanism is the main development content of the new rapier loom,with the aim of achieving good textile effects without false edges in practical applications.
