摘要
在传统加工工艺下,经编超柔短毛绒面料存在一定的瑕疵.文章阐述了染色后整理对经编超柔短毛绒面料风格的影响,重点说明了定型、拉毛、染色等工艺对毛绒风格形成的重要性,详细介绍了该品种面料的生产工艺,并提出了今后这类面料生产节能减排的措施和发展方向,可供同行借鉴参考.
Abstract
Under traditional processing techniques,warp knitted ultra soft short plush fabrics have certain defects.The article elaborates on the influence of dyeing and finishing on the style of warp knitted ultra soft short plush fabrics,with a focus on the importance of shaping,pulling,dyeing and other processes in forming the plush style.It details the production process of this type of fabric and proposes measures and development directions for energy conservation and emission reduction in the production of such fabrics in the future,which can be used as a reference for peers.
