Implementation strategies for digital marketing empowered by the"three hubs and four new missions"strategy in Hunan small-and medium-sized clothing enterprises
Through the exploration of the current situation of digital marketing for small-and medium-sized clothing enterprises in Hunan under the"three hubs and four new missions"strategy,it is found that these enterprises face problems such as improper methods and talent shortage in the transformation of digital marketing.Based on the current situation,combined the advantages of local policies,transportation and logistics in Hunan,this paper proposes a series of digital marketing strategies,such as building a flexible supply chain,strengthening talent cultivation,integrating social media and key opinion leader(KOL)marketing,and building an online and offline marketing system,in order to enhance the corporate image,marketing management level and ability,and optimize customer experience.These strategies can enhance the competitiveness and market share of Hunan's textile and clothing industry,which has important practical significance.
