Exploration of the application of subtraction cutting in the design of Gambiered Canton Gauze
Subtraction cutting as a sustainable design model,the current research lacks the generalization of its design method and the sorting out of its design steps.The paper first sorts out the design methods and steps of subtraction cutting,further analyzes the structure and characteristics of subtraction cutting design,and discusses its creativity,diversity and zero-waste.Then,it combines this method with Gambiered Canton Gauze fabric,explores the characteristics and pain points of Gambiered Canton Gauze,uses CLO 3D clothing design tool to design,and explores the sustainable subtraction cutting Gambiered Canton Gauze clothing innovation design.
