Research on the design and manufacturing of intelligent textiles in textile engineering
Intelligent textiles are a type of textile with electronic functions that can perceive,process and respond to external stimuli,thereby achieving interaction with the human body and environment.Intelligent textiles have good application prospects in fields such as medical health,sports and fitness,military defense,etc.,but also face some technical and non-technical challenges.This paper systematically studies the design and manufacturing of intelligent textiles from the perspective of textile engineering,including material selection,structural design,functional integration,manufacturing technology,etc.Taking medical health,sports and fitness,and military defense as examples,it introduces the application of intelligent textiles,explores the development trends and challenges faced by intelligent textiles,and proposes some solutions and suggestions,aiming to provide theoretical basis and ideas for the innovation application of intelligent textiles.
