摘要

针对"跨向纺织专业"读研学生成为主力军的现状,文章在产教融合视域下,以学科交叉为核心,提出一种适合"X+纺织"专业研究生多维能力融合培养的新策略,通过强化思政引领的行业认识、制定"1V1"培养方案、建立"3+3+1"培养机制、构建可量化的培养质量评价体系,提高人才服务意愿,加强创新能力、应用能力和技术能力等多维能力的融合培养,为新时代背景下我国纺织行业创新升级和高质量发展提供可靠的、高层次的、专业的人才支持.

Abstract

In response to the current situation where graduate students majoring in"cross disciplinary textile major"have become the main force,this paper proposes a new strategy suitable for the multidimensional ability integration training of"X+textile"graduate students from the perspective of industry-education integration,with interdisciplinary integration as the core.By strengthening the industry awareness guided by ideology and politics,formulating the"1V1"training plan,constructing the"3+3+1"training mechanism,and building a quantifiable training quality evaluation system,the willingness to serve talents is improved,and the integration cultivation of multidimensional abilities such as innovation ability,application ability,and technical ability is enhanced.This provides reliable,high-level and professional talent support for the innovation upgrading and high-quality development of China's textile industry in the context of the new era.
