摘要
STEAM是一种提升学生创新、创造能力的新兴教育理念,教育模式为培养复合型人才.我国高职艺术设计专业注重学习者的全方位发展以及培养创新型技术技能型设计人才,但目前毕业生面临着就业率低、离职率高等现实问题.基于此,文章分析了STEAM教育理念在高职艺术设计人才培养改革与实践中的融入,对解决实际问题具有重要意义.
Abstract
STEAM is an emerging education philosophy that enhances students'innovation and creativity abilities,with an educational model aimed at cultivating versatile talents.China's higher vocational art design majors focus on the all-round development of learners and the cultivation of innovative technical and skilled design talents.However,graduates currently face practical problems such as low employment rates and high turnover rates.Based on this,this paper analyzes the integration of STEAM educational philosophy into the reform and practice of higher vocational art design talent cultivation,which is of great significance for solving practical problems.
