大学生创新创业大赛在国内掀起创业实践浪潮,在此背景下,文章以"狮宝宝卡通形象IP儿歌动画"项目为例,首先概述了该项目在准备、推广、运营和人才培养等阶段的实施情况,强调了竞赛在促进学习、教学和成果转化中的重要作用,其次提出了完善"以赛促创"教学模式、健全成果转化机制以及优化双创师资队伍的建议。"以赛促创"特色双创育人模式实现了学生创新创业能力的提升和项目的市场化运作。该模式的探索与实践旨在解决传统教学中的不足,促进学生创新思维和创业能力的提升,同时创新教学方法,提高教师的教学能力,构建特色双创育人模式。

The college student innovation and entrepreneurship competition has sparked a wave of entrepreneurship practice in China.Against this backdrop,this paper takes the"lion baby cartoon image IP nursery rhyme animation"project as an example.Firstly,it summarizes the implementation of the project in the stages of preparation,promotion,operation and talent training,and emphasizes the important role of the competition in promoting learning,teaching and achievement transformation.Secondly,it puts forward suggestions to improve the teaching model of"promoting innovation by competition",improve the mechanism of achievement transformation and optimize the teaching staff of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.The characteristic mass entrepreneurship and innovation education model of"promoting innovation by competition"has realized the improvement of students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability and the market-oriented operation of the project.The exploration and practice of this model aims to solve the deficiencies in traditional teaching,promote the improvement of students'innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability,and at the same time,innovate teaching methods,improve teachers'teaching ability,and build a characteristic mass entrepreneurship and innovation education model.
