Automated improvement of multi-layer bonding model based on manual bonding of pearl cotton
Pearl cotton is a new type of environmentally friendly packaging material with good properties such as moisture resistance,sound insulation,shock resistance and thermal insulation.It is bonded by artificial heating.This paper defines one-layer model,two-layer model,three-layer model and four-layer model by selecting different bonding methods for the required number of layers of pearl cotton.By using programmable logic controller(PLC)to synchronously control four sets of servo,it achieves accurate control of different layer number and corresponding pearl cotton height,so as to achieve stacking bonding of different layer number.It can replace manual bonding actions and greatly improve efficiency
