Application and performance optimization of band-clip device in high-precision embroidery
High-precision embroidery plays an important role in modern textile industry,but traditional band-clip devices are difficult to accurately adjust the clamping force,resulting in embroidery belt displacement and decreased embroidery quality.The article proposes a new type of band-clip device that improves embroidery accuracy and production efficiency by improving its structure and function.This device utilizes the adjustment mechanism of compression springs and nuts to achieve good fixation of embroidery belts and precise adjustment of clamping force,suitable for embroidery belts of different thicknesses and materials.The experimental results show that the use of the new band-clip device significantly improves embroidery accuracy,embroidery belt stability,production efficiency,and operational convenience compared to the situation without the device,reducing pattern deviation and distortion and improving overall quality.Performance optimization measures include selecting high-strength materials,improving structural design,and regular maintenance,which extend the service life of the device and improve its efficiency.This is of great significance for enhancing the technical level and product quality of the textile industry.
