Integrating the important theory of"school-enterprise interest community"into the implementation path of school-enterprise collaborative innovation has a distinctive contemporary value.Through in-depth analysis of the advantages and value of school-enterprise interest community,combined with the experience and inspiration of the construction of high-end textile and garment industry college of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Textile and Garment,this paper explores the practical path of school-enterprise interest community in three main threads:constructing a modern industry college,building a community of production and training,and educating textile and garment skilled talents.This study also brings the opportunity for schools and enterprises to reorganize and sort out the elements of specialty construction,platform resources,faculty structure and education programs,aiming to provide reference ideas for the current collaborative cultivation of textile and garment skilled talents by schools and enterprises.
