Analysis of testing method for soaking color fastness of yarn-dyed fabrics and discussion on the process of achieving soaking color fastness standards
The article analyzes the testing environment and process conditions for various soaking color fastness of yarn-dyed fabrics,compares the process characteristics of different testing methods and the differences in the rating of soaking color fastness results.After analyzing the soaking color fastness testing standards,suggestions are made for the selection of testing methods based on the closest home laundry scene and high soaking color fastness requirements.At the same time,when the soaking color fastness of the dark series of yarn-dyed fabrics reaches the high standard testing method level of 4.0 or above,combined with the key quality control points of yarn-dyed post-treatment and fabric finishing production process,orthogonal experiments are used to explore the influence of process parameters,types and concentrations of additives on soaking color fastness.The dyeing and finishing process methods for yarn-dyed fabrics to achieve high soaking color fastness standards are proposed.
