棉花制品的质量及安全问题一直受到消费者的重视,而农药残留量是重要监测指标,虽然对食品、医疗中的各类农药残留的检测分析较多,但对棉花中农药残留的研究较少.文章归纳了使用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)技术对国内棉花中吡虫啉、啶虫脒、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、哒螨灵、氟铃脲、毒死蜱、马拉硫磷等7种杀虫剂的检测研究成果及应用现状,开展了棉花杀虫剂残留风险评估研究,为有效监管棉花杀虫剂残留量提供科学依据,对LC-MS/MS检测技术的未来发展进行展望,为我国棉花杀虫剂检测技术的改进及应用提供参考.
Research progress on the detection of seven insecticides residues in cotton by LC-MS/MS
Consumers have always emphasized the quality and safety of cotton products,and pesticide residue is a vital monitoring index.Although there are many tests and analyses of various pesticide residues in food and medical treatment,there are relatively few studies on pesticide residues in cotton.This paper summarizes the research results and application status of seven pesticides in cotton using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),including imidacloprid,acetamiprid,emamectin benzoate,pyridaben,flufenoxuron,chlorpyrifos,malathion,carries out the research on the risk assessment of pesticide residues in cotton to provide a scientific basis for the regulation of pesticide residues in cotton,and looks forward to the future development of LC-MS/MS technology.It is expected to provide a reference for the improvement and application of cotton insecticide detection technology in China.
