Based on field investigations,this paper uses literature research and interview methods to deeply analyze the artistic characteristics and cultural connotations of Miao clothing skills in Southwest Hunan,and sorts out rich design elements,in order to provide reference for cultural and creative design of Miao clothing in Southwest Hunan.At the same time,it proposes based on social production and life practice,through creative activation,technological empowerment and other paths,to endow Miao clothing in Southwest Hunan with new forms of expression,display and dissemination,further enriching the cultural connotation of Miao clothing in the context of modern society,and focusing on the innovative transformation of Miao clothing culture in cultural and creative design for design practice.
